Ripoff, over priced

I did a refi in april. Of 2005 and they told me this was the best I was going to get. Well they charged me 12,000$ to do the loan and I paid off some bills and a deed of trust that was on my house by my grandparents and come to find out they never filled my reconvance on the deed of trust.

Not only did they charge me up the you know what to do my loan but the appraisor they used never came out to my house she sent someone else to do it and signed that she did it. What ever you do turn the other way and run if you have to deal with them. I am soooooooo glad to be out from under them.
