Ripoff and total lies

I contacted Washinton Tax Services about an I.R.S. Problem. Jay (I don't know his last name) assured me that they could settle with the I.R. S and would solve all my problems..

After paying what he required and following all the instructions they sent a form for a payment plan to the I.R. S for the full amout owed. This was unacceptable and when I complained to Jay I was told I needed to refile for that tax year and that will cost more money.

Washington Tax Services is nothing but a rip-off. It's such a shame that I had to pick the one out of hundreds to give my money to and still have I.R.S. Problems. I spoke to Jay today and he told me that Monday is not a good day for him and could I please call him back later in the week. I just want the money back and I hope filing this report helps someone..
