Dental Insurance Bad Business Practices, Refusal to Cancel and Refund

I utilized Oral Health Solutions for dental insurance while I existed in Florida and Washington. They just have dentists in Florida, Oregon, and Washington.in July my spouse and that I shifted from California to Washington. We were informed by Oral Health Providers that people would need to complete another type to obtain their providers in California. Not a problem. We completed the shape.

We moved from California to Tennessee (1500 kilometers from the closest dentist coated within their plan) in January. It didn't start on me until March that people hadn't terminated their solutions. I named Oral Health Providers to see them that people no further can use their solutions. They'd us send them a prepared declaration, which we did, plus they stated we'd be terminated effective May 1st. However no issues.
