Ripoff dishonest ripoffs

First off, what a Great website for consumers like me and all to have a chance to have our say! Second off, it was amazing to even find this site and what do I see but another complaint about BB&T. I have only banked with them for 4 years now and have nothing but headaches. First they dont have unlimited checking. I pay. 75 per check after 10 checks I use a month. I handle money so much I was paying them $30.00 a month for the checks I used PLUS my checking account fee of $9.00. Well I got sick of it and decided to switch banks. Aparently BB&T must have known when I took a large cash withdraw and had to screw me over one last time. They claim I took out $100 more then I did and told me only way not to pay all the over draft fees was find the receipt... Ugh! So now I have a negative balance with them for 232.00 which I refuse to pay! This has not been the first time they messed me over like this. I also do alot of funds for the school and wrote a check out to a school in my area. I post dated the check so I would have my books in order. BB&T cashed the check anyways when it was dated for a much later date! I have found their business at fault 4 times in the 4 years I banked with them! Lesson learned, ask or call around before just banking with a unqualified bank!!! If the word gets around enough, I am sure BB&T bank will get what they deserve...: o)
