Vanderbilt Mortgage
Loan passed through several lenders, extra 2001 payments unaccounted for

Business & Finance

My name is Brandi and I purchased a mobile home back in 2001. Back then our mortgage company was CIT, and then they sold the account to Chase, and then Chase sold our mortgage to Vanderbilt Mortgage. Ever since then we have had nothing but problems.

Vanderbilt is trying to tell us that we are some payments behind, but getting people to look and see is few and far between. We want this problem solved or we will take legal action. Vanderbilt needs to get with CIT and Chase and see where the problem is. Back in 2001 we made 3 extra payments and no one can tell us where those payments went, so I need help like other people do.
