Extra Mortgage Money Taken and Applied to Someone Else's Loan

They took $2320.46 extra out of my account and put it toward someone else's mortgage, leaving me $2155.00 in the hole and accruing $110.00 in late fees. They are trying to fix it, but it has taken 3 separate phone calls and lots of distress, and they still put back the wrong amount! They shorted me $427.00, and I called them again. They say they are fixing it and will credit my account for the late fees as well.

My mortgage was sold from someone else to this company. I have a 3-year penalty, but as soon as it's up I'm out of this company. They are crooks, frauds and very deceptive. Although a couple of people there have been very helpful to me, I never got an explanation as to why. They paid someone else's mortgage with money I didn't have in my account!
