Still trying to get through to First Capital ripoff can't reach anyone

First Capital called me early in Febuary, explaining that this card would be 8.9% fixed for life of card. Also wanted 199$ one time only fee. They took my account information, and the money was withdrawn from my bank on the 20th of Feb. 2002. I have been trying to call since the 3rd od march, left countless messages, and have never gotten a call back. I jumped online to hopefully get a phone number to easier get through to this company, and i came across this site. We are barely getting by now with the expense of 5 kids, now it seems i have been taken for the 199$. Please don't ever trust any company that calls you up out of the blue, most likely it's a scam. The # they gave me was 1-416-488-4664 this # was told to me by operator that it's out of Canada. Still waiting for my card at this point, but even if i get the card, most likely i won't be able to even activate it!!!
