Ripoff, dishonest and fraudulent billing, ripoff

Please help us. My partner, Patrick and I purchased a home last June and put a substantial amount from the sale of our beach home in St. Pete Florida. We had a balance of 35000.00 on our new loan. We paid 750.00 for fee's to file our deed with Clay county. County officials stated that this was out of line since we were hand delivering everything.

After closing we started recieving notices of legal fees from the previous loan holder and were told they would remove them. Six months later, as of July 31 we have started recieving them again with threats now about our credit-we have never had any late payments on our credit and also late fee's are being charged to the account.

I once again called customer service and was told to ignore this. How can I when they could accelerate our loan.
