Big rip off - this company is notorious for charges excessive fees that should not be paid by the consumer. What a ripoff

We purchased our home through ocwen last year and the Clay county clerk of records even stated that she was shocked that the bank charged us for filling the deed to our house since that is there responsibility and not ours. We were charged 1200 to file our own paperwork.

I purchased a home with wome land last year and to my amazement we wound up doing our own paperwork from start to finish-closing included bt was charged by the bank for these fees.

The paper work that we had to file ourselves with the Clay county clerk amzed then enough that they actually went and got her to come and look at the papers. She looked at the mortgage papers and stated that they actually owed us a refund due to the fact that there attorney never showed up to do the paperwork-we did it. Can you tell us how to get this money back?

Please tell your readers to stay away from OCWEN as they rip you off every chance they get. Also can you guide us on who to contact with teh state and federal goverment since this is a federal loan?
