NCO Portfolio Management, an affiliate of NCO Financial Systems Inc. Ripoff dishonest Fraudulent billing Philadelphia, Pa.

I recieved a bill from these people for $11228.36 for a credit card that I have never had. The pricipal amout of the bill is supposed to be $5824. And the interest is $5404.36.

They say they purchased a Chase Providian credit card that has my name on it. I didn't know what that was. At first I thought it might be an insurance co.

When I called their 1 800 number the woman who answered said hello my name. She seems to know every thing about me including my social security no. And my birthdate.

What is strange too is that my daughter recieved a bill last week from the same co. For $6600. And she said she never had a Chase Providian card either.

It was in her maiden name and she has been married for 15 yrs. My daughterinlaw told me that several of her coworkers recieved the letters also. She lives in South Texas.

My daughter took her information to her lawyer and sent these people registered letters. When she called them they were very rude to her.

Something must be done with these people because there are proba-bly a lot of people who would be frightened not to pay.
