Lies To Customers, say they will work with you but do what they want anyway Ripoff

Yes, I know payday loans are not in anyone's best interest. However, I was in a bind and needed a loan and took one out for $400

Do to health reasons, and my job reducing my hours, I was not able to pay the minimum amount. I phone them right away and explained to them my problem and they told me to send in what I could. I told them at the time $10 was all I could send. Natalie said "Fine" I then asked if they would "hit" my bank account and she PROMISED me they would not as long as I sent in something and kept contact with them every two weeks. Which I did.

I started getting emails saying I was seriously past due and I would phone and talk to them. They told me to ignore the emails as they were "automatic" I phoned every two weeks to setup payment arrangements and promptly (within one day) mailed in what I had promised. They, in turn, promised me they would not hit my bank account.

July 22, they debited my account for the entire amount. Money which I did NOT have in my account, so now I am in the hole over $500 (since my bank charges fees for overdraft charges)

How horrible to lie to a customer and promise things and then go ahead and do what you want anyway.

I realize there is a clause at the end of the contract saying they can do that, but thats only if you do NOT cooperate. I was cooperating, was told by their customer service I was cooperating and then they take the money out anyway.
