Ripoff jerks that said vulgar things to my wife

When these so called collection people call they proceded to call my wife a low life for not paying a $300 card off in time. Then they felt like charging her $1700 dollars for it. Can you say RIPOFF... They called her vulgar names and then hung up on her.

After a minute or 2 a manager called her back and tried to be nice until her dropped the phn. He thought my wife had hung up which she was still on the line listining. He then called her a f*ing bitch saying she hung up. She laughed when the guy said, hello. She said yes im still on the phn. Thats when he hung up. Hahaha. They can take the bill we owe and shove it straight up their a$!!!
