Ripoff

I ordered this program from Recovery Software named Recovery Specialists in order to start a home based business. I received 2 cds name Recovery Specialists A and B.

There was no instructions on how to work the program. I installed it on my computer and it just sits there and the only way to get out of the program, I have to CTRL ALT DELETE. I have found out this is a ripoff and a scam preying on innocent people. They should be prosecuted to the highest sentence for this action.

I would like to be refunded for this rip-off and your assistance in helping me get refunded would be greatly appreciated.
