Ripoff on my credit report after taking their money from my checking account each month like clock work on the 14th

Before I could make the first mortgage payment on my new home, my mortage was sold to Homecomings Financial.

I lost my job immediately after, but managed to keep my mortgage in tact by keeping in close contact with the company. I explained my situation with a special counselor when a two month payment deferment was scheduled.

At the end of the two months, instead of paying regular monthly payments of 541.00 I was now paying $671.00 to take care of all arrearages, which is automatically deducted from my bank account on the 14th of each month.

However, Homecomings Financial continues to negatively report on my credit report, and is the sole reason my credit is totally messed up. Yet they continue to get their money on time without fail.
