Identity theft nco financial systems inc - we must prosecute

I received a collection notice from NCO Financial Systems Inc claiming I owed almost $6,000.00 on a Chase credit card from 13 years ago. After calling their toll free number 800.273.6816 I was told that they would remove the interest if I would make payment arrangements that day to pay back $3200. He had my social security number (identity theft). I advised him that my credit report does not show I have or had an account with Chase. He told me that they remove it after ten years. Little did he know, I have my credit report from 10 years ago and never had an account with Chase. The man I was speaking with was black and I could hear other people in the background talking about how this one is willing to pay. It may be a family affair. I am going to contact the television news people to help make people aware of this scam. There are people out there that need this reported immediately. Older people without computers could be easy targets as well. I would very much like to be in any class action lawsuit. These people must be stopped.
