Loan ripoff slow processing and outlandish late fees

I purchased a Gateway computer two years ago and the Gateway store financed what I didn't pay up front through HRS USA. I've payed almost $1,000 dollars to HRS, but with slow processing and outlandish late fees, my balance hasn't dropped one cent.

HRS doesn't work with the consumer, they are just concerned with the all-mighty buck, and how they can squeeze more from the consumers.
