Been scamed by Capital Choice Consumer Credit

I sent in $39.00 for thier catalog card about 2 months ago. Never recieved anything in return. I call everyday for the past 2 weeks always the number is busy. The check i sent was cashed in my bank account. How do i get my money back? Can I? How can we stopp this from happing to other people? Thank you, Maybe we all can stand up and file a suite agaist them. I know $39.00 is not very much, but it is if thier are a few thousand people getting ripped off. I will offer my e-mail and telephone number. I am going to contact the state attorney general to find out what my options are. I will probley be making a list of people who can show proof of being ripped off to file a suite. Contact me. I am willing to stand up, are you. If we stand together we will stop this scam from happing to people. Thier are people out thier who cannot afford to be scamed, who needs that $39.00 to purchase milk or diapers for thier children.
