Ripoff - 'aging' payments for late fees - no response - real FRAUD

I did not choose to have my mortgage with these crooks - Chase Mortgage sold me out. I send my mortgage by express mail every month to arrive before the late date (clearly stated in the agreement "... Late fee wil be charged for payments rec'd AFTER the 16th..."

These clowns have been adding late fees in spite of proof mailed to them that I can document when the payment arrived. Until tonight I only suspected these guys were committing fraud with this - after seeing so many posts, I am certain.

Now I find out Wells Fargo is using this name in a shell game with Norwest as another shell.
I am going to get my paperwork together, write to all the agencies listed by others on this site and then file in small claims court - here in New Hampshire they allow triple damages for fraud. Worst case I should be able to get an order to appear from my local judge. If everybody did that maybe these clowns would wise up? Nah, but at least they won't be profitting from their fraud.
Hey Homeland Security - what would happen if these guys turn out to be Al Queda buying up mortgages to disrupt America's economy?
