Ripoff fraudulent charges, now want to foreclose

We fell behind 2 mths. Litton put us on a repayment plan. We have been keeping up with the payments and seems like we're getting more and more behind.

Now they send us papers from their Attorneys wanting to foreclose.

I went to EMAIL them and when i put in their name came up with all these usacomplaints.com. I also went to the better business bureau and checked them out.

My husband and I don't know what to do or who to turn to. My family lives with us, and they depend on us for support.

I have my elderly father, his elderly sister, my disabled sister all in our care and nowhere to go.

We have lived in this house for 15 years and raised our children here.

Our mortgage was sold to litton in January. Since then nothing but trouble.

Any advice on what to do would be much appreciated.
