Ocwen con artists Bogus Insurance Fees

After Ocwen took over our mortgage we have spent the last 3 months trying to get money back in to our account that they took out of escrow to pay homeowner's insurance. We have always paid our insurance on our own and our insurance company, IMT, has sent a total of 3 faxes proving this to them. Today we received another letter and our billing statement for our March payment. The payment has increased to "cover the defiency in your escrow account." Repeated calls to Ocwen always assure us that the matter has been cleared but the following monht we start all over again.

Being in customer service myself I know how this should be handled and am astounded at the incompetancy and stupidty of the reps we have dealt with. At this point I am at my wits end and feel the only resoultion will be through my attorney.
