Ripoff, liers, theifs!

A telephone opperator convinced me that I had been approved for a 2000.00 limit Mastercard and $249.00 was taken from my checking account on May 5. I have not recieved anything by mail from these people and when I try to contact them with the number they provided, I find the number to be inactive. I am a full time nursing student and a hard working single mother! I dont think these companies should be able to get away with lying to people to steal their hard earned money! I am VERY angry about this!
