JT Card Services LLC can't get my money back

I never recieved my card or my money back from this company...
I have called the several time stating that I no longer wanted there card. Was told by them I would recieve my money back that they are taking out of my checking account with in the next 14 business days. That was on 1-31-02. Still to this date I have not recieved my money. Today I call the number 877-876-7890 noone answers the phone there is a message that says the original card company backed out and that cards are on the way you can speak to noone.
