Ripoff - I get a new story every time as to why I have not recieved my card

This is the same old story with this United Card Services. They called and told me about a credit card with a 2500 dollar limit. All they needed was $249.00 from my checking, which I foolishly accepted. This was in February.

I have been contacting them because they keep on giving me a new date that my card will arrive. I get a new story every time as to why I have not recieved my card. The last one was that some applications got red flagged for terrorism reasons, so they had to go through all aplications again.

It has become very apparent that there will never be any card and I am out the money that they stole from me, and as a college student that means a lot.
