Ripoff lied to me about what they were collecting for

I got a call nine months ago saying that if I let them take a payment out of my account every month, my student loan would be rehabilitated.

I haven't missed a payment and got a letter yesterday saying that no money had been recieved toward my student loans.

I called NCO and Gene was so rude and no help what-so ever.

He said they have no record of me in their system. I asked then where my money was going to no avail. I know they are taking it. It shows up on my bank statement every month with their name and address.

These people suck!!!
