I've been battling with American Express to challenge the cost to get a couch I requested in November that I still haven't obtained. I initially submitted my criticism together back on March 8th. They're unavailable about the telephone. They got times to contact me back after which wouldn't abandon last names or extensions. They kept stating that there's nothing that they'll do about my absent couch since my agreement claims that delivery situations can vary though it hasbeen more than 5 weeks and also the couch organization (Leatherland US) is wholly unavailable to myself, the Greater Business Institution in addition to the Attorney-General's office. The couch organization has lied 3 times to American Show about delivery occasions but American Express thinks them-and still will not assist. They could even be really unpleasant.
