Chad Ward is the guy behind all of this. He ripped us off. We are in Iowa and he is in CA. The detectives told us the FBI won't do anything about it because it wasn't $10,000 or more and he isn't in the same state. He operates in The Note business. He claims to sell leads of people who are desperate to sell. Has a good knowlege of the business. We found out through the cops, he hacks into other businesses computers to get the leads he sells. So, they are being used by so many people. It's not a good thing. Stay away from Him.
