This company sells leads to mortgage people as "interested parties looking for loan information who filled out a request for information personally". I ordered and returned 32 leads in a 1 month period and they were all refunded and replaced with another lead because they were ALL garbage. If the number was any good the people flat out denied ever filling out any information. The closest thing to a valid lead I ever got from them was someone who either just closed on a loan, as in within the last 24 hours. Or, someone who had a loan in process with someone else but didn't go through for whatever reason. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out they get most of their leads from other brokers/brokerages who sell off their "junk" leads to someone else. Nice scam, if your a scammer. Be warned, don't waste your time or money.
