I had taken out a loan with the unscrupulous home
renovators call Phase II renovations and funded by
GreenTree Financial.

The work to be completed was for a roof on my mothers
home located and my home.
I also cashed out in the amount of k5.
At the time the Phase II representative had me fill
out the loan paperwork and an agreement of
satisfactory work at the same time. They also had
someone modify my tax returns to qualify for the
income.

My mothers roof was leaking badly and rain was pouring
in, puddling inside the home. Phase II did send
roofers to do the job at both homes. My home went well
but on the first rain thereafter my mothers roof still
poured in-side the home. The roofers did return once
to do something else which was unsuccessful. The
roofers never responded to my calls there-after even
though the rain was still pouring in, damaging the
home foundation in the process. Phase II never
responded to my calls or letters again and never did
anything else to fix the problem anymore or refund
that k8.3

Since then my mom has spent money with other
contractors costing in the thousands to fix her roof,
she and I rarely even speak anymore because of the
excitement involved with trying to get PhaseII to fix
the problem of the gaping holes in her roof.
I looked up both companies on the BBB and got a lot of
hits for Phase II and found hundreds of consumers were
scammed by companies and GreenTree financed the
rip-offs. I joined a class action lawsuit against
GreenTree. Im not sure of the compensation but
GreenTree was found at fault. I have not been
compensated and still looking for an avenue for
remediation. I have also filed complaints with
consumer affairs and BBB.

I could not then and still cannot afford the k8.3 that
they scammed me on, the k15 of the total loan and
certainly not the k22 of the package plus fees and
interest.

I want the litigation to be honored and GreenTree and
Phase II personnel to be incarcerated and remove the
claim from my credit and life. Though I admit to using
the k5 and my roof for k1.7 went well.
