Losing payments and applying late fees to payments made on time. Ripoff

Country wide home loans is attempting to rip me off. Since January 1st they have been aplling late fees to payments sent via western union. They have also lost 650.00 and claim that I owe for the month of Feb. None of the reps seem to know where the money is yet they want me to pay again. This was not brought to my attention until 4/15/05.
