We were told on 3/2 we were pre-approved, on 3/17 we were told our file was 90% completed all we needed was the title and appraisal. Needless to say we never closed as of 4/3/05

Initially on 1/11/05 I finall spoke with a loan officer named Jason in regards to our potential loan. He pulled information and said that we should wait until we paid off a few bills to increase my beacon score. I agreed and he stated that he would call me on or by 2/19/05. He never called but knowing how people get busy, my wife called to speak with him. We started the process again and was told that we were pre-approved through his main lender based on a re-fi.

I provided all documents pertaining to his requests and did not hear from him within 2-3 days as he stated he would call, so my wife called him again to speak with him he stated that he was changing offices and had misplaced my file could I resubmit to him again, so I did again and again and again. Calling him on several different occassions getting his voicemail and finally reaching him to find that he was leaving the company again and unfortunately will not be closing the loan but the loan was 90% completed and all that was left was an appraisal and the title search which he stated we are a stop shop so we can perform everything for you once the appraisal is completed.

I started getting neverous toward the end of the week that he was leaving realizing that he was avoided my phone calls so I finally after faxing things over etc to still not receive any responses. My wife shows up at 1st Atlas Mortgage to find Jason preparing to leave and once again he reassured me that all is well and as soon as the fax machine started working again that he would send over the appraisal request or I should say the person he trained would and I should hear from them by mid week of the 1st week of April.

I heard from them they did the appraisal and everything went to the loan processor to find that Jason had not done anything with my file nor had he secured a lender. We are starting all over again with Arlynette which I would like to add requested all documentation again because the full bank statements were needed for full doc because we were not able to get the re-fi because of the appraisal amount.

This went on for another week and finally I called the faxed a letter over to the President of the company Mr. Sayheed and still to this day he never has responded from my calls or letter anyway I contacted the VP of Operations Shelton to let him know that I am on my way (wife) because of the neglect and unprofessionalism I was receiving in regards to the loan. I met with Shelton to hear we can get you a loan unless u are want to look elsewhere which I should of taken him up on this because afer this I had a potential closing of Friday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Monday and the days go on and on. Basically after calling them everyday almost every 2-3 hours until I received a return call which was never I called until I spoke with someone or I would stop by. I finally stopped by on 4/29/05 to see a copy of what he lender had signed off on and to learn that we should close on Tuesday by noon after 1 other request was submitted

Here it is Tuesday 5/3 and we did not close as well as they never called me to let me know yes we heard to no we didn't and then I finally called and stated that if they did not get the release then I was pulling out because of the lack of professionalism and deceit that they had done to us and made this such a horrible experience. Needless to say we are not getting the house but yet I am sure I will receive a letter stating that we have to pay for the Appraisal and title search when nether of the two should of been performed until eveyrthing else was completed like a lender was in place and all documentation was performed.
