Green Tree Aka, Conseco, Flowers, And Whatever Else They Have Gone By Lately Harrasment

We bought our home with Green Tree about 3 years ago. Since then we have been behind on a few payments. My husband was injured and other problems came up. We have ALWAYS worked with them so that we could satisfy our payments and get back on schedule. Recently I fell behind by 64 days our so. Bradly Polz at the Mendota office has told me that I need to let them know when I can make payments. I typed him a ltter letting him know. I had it figured out that I would be caught up before I fell any further behind, and I enclosed a money order for $212.00. As soon as he received this he phoned my cell very upset. He told me that I can not make my own arrangements to pay my debt! And thne informed me that they would not accept the partial payment of $212.00 and that he was sending it back to me. He told me I was unable to comprehend!!! And some words were exchanged. I had also made the mistake of telling him that I am a process server and in school for my PI licensing. He very clearly informed me that he would file with an attorney and that I would be served by a process server. He then went onto say or "or maybe you will be serving yourself!".

A few days later I was served, and the attorney gave me 30 days to pay up my debt which was actually a later date than what it would have been had they accepted my payment and the arrangments I had tried to make originally! I spoke with the manager there, Ron Schneider, and tols him that it would be paid in full within those 30 days. He told me that they would like to see it paid sooner but if that was the best I could do they would have to accept it. The date it is due by is May 14th.

Since then I have received phone calls threatening that I had better pay before its too late!!! Another one, Is your home vacant right now because we plan on repoing it Friday? They have also called pretending to be the electric company (caller Id gave it away) threatening my kids that their parents must not love them if they would let them have thier electric turned off due to not making their house payment!!! My reply to them, "bring it on!!!"

My payments started out being $367.00 per month, they are now $441.00. I have no idea how they changed and they wont answer it clearly for me. First they say its insurance part of it, yet when I call the insurance ppl they have no idea because that hasnt changed. Try to get an answer from these ppl, impossible. Talk about comprehending, geez!!!
