Conseco is Green Tree again!

After all the Conseco originated problems, it changed the name once again! Back to Green Tree. After being illegally harassed, Conseco initiate a law suit against me. Since Conseco can not repo your home without a court order (lot of people don't know it let them repo their homes), Conseco initiated a lawsuit against me, I asked my attorneys to let me work this case. I will keep you informed of the process of this law suit, including timing, expenses etc.

I sent payments to Conseco but for some reason they still have my checks, and they refused to cash them. Since Conseco used harassing tactics, I have recorded every phone call originated by Conseco, including calls where they aknowledge receipt of my checks. Now they say they don't have my checks, too bad because they even called and left message on my mailbox stating that they had received my checks. They (fools) even left threatening messages on my mailbox (fools again, those messages can and will be used in court.

If any one reading this have being harassed by Conseco, don't let them intimidate you, they can not repo your home without a court order. If you at least tried to make payment, tell the jury (in case of they take you to court, request a jury, is your right) that and let the jury decide.
