Ran away from owning up for my damage

As I was heading south through an intersection a car that was in a hurry tried to cop a last minute left turn right in front of me because they don't know that driving is a priviledge, they think it's a right. There was no avoiding this carelessness and a collision ensued. Apollo Casualty Company sent me a notice in the mail that stated that in order for them to be liable, they must be sure that their insured ws legally responsible for the accident. Hello!"Their Insured" got the ticket for failier to yield!

Furthermore they said that the basis they were denying compensation was because "Thier Insured" said I was speeding at the time of the accident. I guess "Thier Insured" carries a radar gun or something? Don't think so! This is bogus and everyone including the lying driver knows it. This issue is not over and I will have my attourney on it, because fortunately I have access to such. I will update this report as I get more information so that I may share my expierience with the public and poeple won't be stumped as of what to do when they find themselves in the same situation! Imagine denying a claim based on what some neglegent driver has to say. Or should I say lie!
