TAx Relief Associates ripoff

Dear Whom it my concern and members of TRA,

I writting to share my experience with Tax Relief Associates, Inc. First, I went to their website and read their claims and was impress so I called.

A young male claimed that he wanted to see if I quaified for a reduce settlement with the IRS. I went through an extensive interview sharing with him all my finiancal info. Next he told me, "You qualify for a reduce settlement offer - you owe too much money - I believe we can settle for $1400 or close to this number - but he assured me I would get a settlement."

I was shock and excited and he told me - I was a little nervous snice I been rip off before and I share this experience with him he told me I had nothing to fear that he was being completely honest. So I sent him the check for $1200 and was in the believing my $7620 tax debt would be settle for a faction of the total amount.

Then comes the experince - no one returns phone calls - I must of called 10 times before I could talk with my TRA agent. They are disorganized - and worst of all I get my letter and there is no settlement for 1400 dollars but instead I owe the fll amount and for my $1200 I got them to fill out a form I could have done myself in and hour at the IRS website.

Not only that but the paperwprk was not complete - no address to send the package to - I had to go to the IRS website for that.

All I want is my money back - just like your gurantee state on your website. I wish only to be treated fairly. I am sure TRA don't want their client to be complianting about their service. So be warn potential clients of the false promise that TRA makes. And go check out the IRS webpage on it is a letter warning consumers of companies like TRA that promise pennies for dollars owe - only in the end ripping you off.

I beleive TRA truly wants their costumers to be satifed - so that is why I am requesting a refund of the money I gave you for services never rendered.
