Ameriquest dishonest fraudulent ripoff

I wish I had of know about this website a month ago because it would have saved me alot of stress. I applied to refinance our home and get equity to consolidate and make home approvements. I was dealing with Frank in The Woodlands office. He took all my information and called me to let me know we were approved. I took 2 days off work to get ready for the appraisal as well as spending money making improvements before the appraisal. Frank called me and said my loan was approved, we were just waiting for a mobile home title to be taken out of our name. After days of phone calls to several places we finally got it taken care of. Frank then said everything was ready for closing. We set a closing date & time and him constantly assuring me the loan was approved, then the day before closing he called and said we had been denied.

This was a month long process. I am now out money for missed work and supplies bought that could have waited as well as all the stress they put me through trying to fix titles. But having said all this, I will say that I thank God that this loan did not go through after reading everything Ameriquest has done to other people. I have never filed a comlaint on anyone, but this company put me under alot of stress and I hope people will read this before they decide to use Ameriquest.

Thank You Ameriquest for dening us. I also should mention that everytime we talked they gave me different figures, interest rate going up each time we talked, our cash out lower each time, and their fees higher each time. I don't want anyone to feel left out so I should also mention the others included in all the lies. So thank you Elaine and the supervisor Alfonzo.
