In Violation of Federal Laws, Buyer Beware Delray Beach Florida

Triad Financial waited until the last minute to let me know that they did not receive a payment that I mailed to them far prior to the due date. Once they finally called they said to "remove all your belongings from the vehicle." After literally spending weeks trying to negotiate, I finally sent them additional payments over the phone. Once I resumed mail payments, the same problem returned. Only this time they called my clients instead of me! I started receiving calls from clients stating that a company called "Triad" was looking for me and they had an investigator and a case number. I, of course, lost them as clients. Once I called Bellsouth Telecommunications and Cingular wireless, they told me a woman claiming to be my spouse called them, verified my personal info and used it to retrieve recently dialed numbers, just minutes before my clients received the calls!!!

I am furious and I will not send any more payments to Triad until the vehicle is successfully refinanced. They are in violation of FCC Title VIII, Section 807 (15 USC 1962e), Article 10, and they have literally but a barrier in my company's marketing efforts.

I plan to prosecute them to the limit of the law.
