Ripoff refuses to mail a copy of contract for prove of debt

I purchased a manufactured home on Sep. 9,1999 from Johnson Mobile Homes. It was financed through Green Tree Financial. My family moved out of it and was trying to sell it. I had spoke with Johnson and told them this and if they had a consumer that might be interested that we were trying to sell it. They called me at the end of April and said that they had found a buyer. They would draw all the paper work up and that I could come down and sign it. So on May 1 I went down and signed the bill of sale and also purchase agreement. On April the 4 of 2005 I got a copy of my credit report because of being denied a loan and found that Green Tree had sold the account to Conseco Classic which in return sold the account to Cavalry Portfolio Services and that it was on my credit as I had a joint account with this person that bought my mobile home. I don't know this person have never meet this person. I reported it to the credit reporting agents and then tried to contact Cavalry because the only papers I signed was the bill of sale and the purchase agreement and by what these papers state I was no longer responsbile for this mobile home.

I called and got the number to the Cavalry that was listed on my credit it was 602-667-0128. I spoke with a lady that was very nice and she told me that the office in New York was the ones that had my file and gave me those number which was 1-800-501-0909. So I called them that gentlemen was also very nice and he told me because it was late in the afternoon I would have to wait until the next day to call the complance department and he gave me the phone number and fax number which are 1-866-483-5139 and fax 914-347-7537. So on April 5 I got back on the phone and called them the man that I spoke with at Ext. 1456 was very nice at this time and I explained to him why I was calling he took my phone number and said he was going to review my file and call me back before to day was out. He called me back later that day and at this time he was very rude and hateful. He stated that I had went to Mississippi and signed a contract on May 8. And in this contract it stated that I would remain responsible for this debt until it was payed. I have not signed no contract and I sure have not went to Mississippi and signed anything. He stated that this contract was between me and this person that bought the mobile home and Conseco Finance when I stated that they only contract I signed was when I personally bought the mobile home and that contract was between me, Johnson mobile hames and Green Tree. The only papers I signed when I sold the mobile home was the bill of sale and the purchase agreement and in those it doesn't say that I was still responsaile for the debt.

By this time he had started raising his voice with me and threating that they would get their money from me. And when I said to him to send me a copy of this contract that he is saying I signed he refused and then became really loud and threaten. I know what I signed, when and where I have copies of everything I signed and I thought after almost 5 years this had been finshed and that it was affecting my credit like this.
