Fraudulent Fees And Credit Reporting, Dishonest, Impose Fraudulent Fees, Labeled account delinquent because of dispute with previous lende

Ocwen bank has been dishonest and awful since day one. As a first time home owner the experience can be overwhelming beginning with a mortgage from Indymac bank the experience began pleasantly, but after only two months our mortgage was bought out by Ocwen bank and problem have begun from there.

First they are claiming that a payment was never made for the month of Febraury and so they have pushed all of the on time payments I have been making back a month and have me continuosly thirty days late. Then after research they found that my February payment went to my previous lender (where is where is was suppose to go), but now argue that the past lender must send them that February payment or my account will continue to be late.

After months of saying they would 'make a note on the account' 'research it' and 'not to worry' my account continues to be labeled delinquent and my past lender has no proof that requests have even been sent to them. After finally getting through to a so called supervisor he agained assured me 'that me would take care of it' and he even said that he would call me every other day to keep me updated...

I have not heard from him in over 2 weeks and my account continues to be labeled late and I continue to receive calls from them asking where my month's mortgage payment is. We must take some action and we must take it now! They have been able to do too much to too many for much too long!
