Is a never ending loan! Ripoff!

I am a mortgage lender as well. I have a payoff on a 72 year old man that borrowered $25,700 in 1995 and owes $22,811.61 as of 2002. HomeEq can say what they want. However, I would not be interested in a loan like that. Nor would I recommend them to ANYONE!!! In other words his balance has only went down $2889.00 in 7 years... Yikes! PS How many excuses can their company come up with? A good excuse is worthless to numerous unsatisfed customers... If your business has a list on this page you might want to look at what your customers are saying and try to improve your company's reputation as well as to get business in the future. No matter what your response to my comments along with others is, I would not nor do I think anyone else who might read the above Numerous complaints would be interested in doing business with your company..."Bottom Line"
