Ripoff lied to me and robbed me out of $600.00

I hired Jena lane of Jenstarmarketing to provide me (20) mortgage leads within (30) days as per their own contract for $600.00. After, 45 days they did not provide me with any leads.

When I requested a refund they assured me that I would receive a refund check within (1) week. Two weeks later she told me she was broke and had to borrow money from her dad to pay me back because business was slow? I could'nt believe what she was telling me. I felt sorry for her and gave her an additional week. One week later I spoke to her again and she became angry and told me I was a pain in the ass and she was tired of my phone calls and said to take legal action if I wanted to because I was not going to get any of my money back.

She breached her own contract, cashed my check, spent the money and refused to refund me any money back as per her own contract?

I got ripped off at the worst time when business was slow.
This lady sound very kind and professional but once she got the money she did not provide me with any mortgage lead.in fact, she told me I was lucky she didn't just send me any lead just to shut me up? This lady has balls of steal. She is a pro thief and knows how to rip you off with no mercy. She dont even fake it. Her paper work is professionally faxed and everything looks good until she drops the axe and spends the money. All the time she assures you that shes working on it and that you will have leads in your email first thing in the morning.
