Took $875 for 25 Telemarketing Leads and Only Delivered 5

I sent Marketing Masters Elite a payment for $875 on June 3. They were supposed to provide 25 telemarketing leads. They provided 5 leads in the first week. Ruben Delgado told me that they should be able to provide at least 25 per week. After the first week the leads stopped coming.

I tried to call him and email him and he was very difficult to get a hold of. He finally told me that he would issue me a refund. On July 6th he sent me an email stating that he would refund my money by the end of the week. I never received my refund. I tried numerous times to contact him by phone and email and he would not reply.

Today I received a letter from him stating that I breached our contract.
