Ripoff credit card scam

They called my boyfriend at home and said for $249.00 he could get a credit card to help rebuild/repair his credit. They took our money out in Dec. We kept calling wondering where our credit card was.

After several attempts of not getting a live person, he was told it was on some processing desk and would get here shortly. We then got a package in the mail in Jan saying it would be here in 3-4 weeks. Nothing came, we called and called and never could reach anyone again.

Now our bank is telling us it has been longer than 60 days and there is nothing they can do about it. I have sent the company a letter and reported them to the BBB. We are threatening legal action.
