False advertising unauthorized charges ripoff

March 2 False advertising by My Perfect Credit - free credit report offered. Requested credit card info for $1 one-time charge which would be reversed once identity verified! Free five-day membership! Only thing is, when company was contacted, no response received for 11 days! Well outside the 5-day cancellation period.
March 13 $30 charge appeared on my credit card. Immediately cancelled "membership."
July 31 - Received a call today from First Credit of America, "authorized" collection company for My Perfect Credit, advising me they were authorized to collect $168 dollars on behalf of My Perfect Credit.

I have now contacted my CC company, am having the $30 charge disputed from March, and have had my CC card changed. If any black marks appear on my credit, I intend to file suit!
