First Revenue Assurance
Harassing annoying automated calls RIPOFF

Business & Finance

I would have to agree with Arthur about this scamming collection agency. You can tell them a debt is not valid, send them a letter explaining why, yet they still call. Not only do they call, but they are too lazy to call you in person they have an automated computer call you instructing you to call back and of course don't say why or what is it regarding and of course don't mention they are a collection agency. Proof of their ignorance is in their response to Arthur, "Please always remember to read the fine print on any contract, in any circumstance.

Being an educated consumer means empowering yourself with tools to make strong decisions. Now that perhaps the roles and responsibilites have been more clearly defined, please call our office at your earliest convience, and please have your checkbook available so that we may handle this matter." Please have your checkbook available, WHAT A MORON, yea thats going to happen.

Being an educated consumer means not putting up with stupid collection agency's crap. I don't know why you called my home and I don't really care, maybe its my cingular bill that I refuse to pay. My phone kept going into roam for no reason, didn't work half the time, so guess what, I am not going to pay for something I couldn't use and then pay 200 dollars in roaming charges. If someone sends you jackas*s a letter explaining in detail why you aren't paying something and that you ARE NOT going to pay it, you dillweeds can't understand spoken or written words and then cross over into the realm of harassment by ignoring the consumer request to stop calling.

But I have confidence that your ignorance will continue but, hey, if you want to waste your time and money, go for it. Oh yea, to anyone out there getting calls from these jacka*es or other collection losers, I have two words for you, CALLER ID, also, get a 1-900 number and give them that number to call you, you can make a fortune with these vultures.
