Ripoff

We refinaced our home through the ft myers fla office / the lender i spoke with told me everything would stay the same the only difference would be 100.00 but all my debt would be payed off!!! He told me i would have an escrow account for my home owners insurance and my property taxes.

None of that was set up!!! Then the first payment i made was conveintly lost by the computer! I made 3 payments for Febuary's payment. Now come to find out, March's payment has conveintly disapeared also!!! So i will have a 30 day late payment 2 months into my new home loan!!! Also i have looked on my invoice the company sends me, 987.50 goes tward interest and 81.77 goes to my principal. So it is going to take years and years to pay off my my dept to them. But we are going to refi through someone else!!!
