A GMAC Company they took my money and put it in escrow to pay my taxes but say im behind because my taxes havent been paid!

I purchased my home in 2005! I was told that it was a 2 year interest only payment and after that it would switch to a fixed interest and principal payment term. Needless to say that never happened and the taxes on my home were past due because they wasnt paid in 2004 from the previous owner so an escrow acct. Was setup then. After 3 years of living here my payment has jumped from what it first started out at 415.00 to 1150.00 because my taxes are due and there is no money in my escrow to pay them. Where did all my money go that was supposed to be in there to pay for those taxes? I tried to refinance through the same company but they wont put me in a lower interest fixed payment because the ARM rate they have me in now keeps going up as well and i was late on a few payments because of the hike in payments!

This company was presented to me as the best company to deal with at the time of the purchase of my home. Now i see that they are a bunch of under the table crooks and what to screw any and everybody they sign a contract with! My wife and i love our home but dont like the underhanded dealing we received when we tried to refinance. Now no other company will help us because they got us sunk so far down in stupid surcharges, late fees, "so called escrow shortage payments", and high a* interest payments that my credit is screwed and get the help this hard working, middle class citizen deserves! They suck!
