Ripoff - unauthorized charge to credit card

I Purchased Net Detective on 3/16/05 and was directed to this place. I did not want this service, but somehow it went through and I received a confirmation email... That clearly states there are no annual fees. I planned to distroy the card when it arrived "in 3 to 5 weeks".
Immediately (3/16/05) a charge went through to my credit card for $29.95. I tried calling the number listed on the credit card statement & got a constant busy. I'm in the process of disputing the charge. Looks like I'll have no choice but to cancel my business card to avoid further charges.
