Ripoff - three separate times held payments for one day, slapped on late charges, raised interested rate to 25.6%

This company held our payments for one day after due date, then indicated we were late, slapped on late fees and after three times, attached an interest rate raise to 25.6% annually. There is no appeal. Their minimum payment doesn't even cover the interest but if you pay more, they keep raising your rate.
