I am looking for help!!! I refinanced my home thru New Century mortgage in sept. 2003 it was immediately sold off to homeq servicing corp since that point in time it has been one thing after the next with this company.

They have charged me for Insurance when I already have insurance on my property even after my insurance company sent them 14 copies and their fraudulent ins co too. All to no response my husband was hurt on the job and we got behind on our pymts please note no more than 2mos behind and during this period we sent them $400.00 per mo "our normal pymt is $482.00" they slapped an escrow acct on our mortgage for a "assessment fee" said they had sent someone to our house and he had left a paper on the door. I told them they were full of $hit because I had been there I live in rural west KY we don't even get 2 cars a day on our rd. & no one goes unnoticed the thing I find quite funny is that this fee increases ea month even though I am no longer delinquent and have not been for a few mos.

I got 1 statement this month saying I owed about 1100.00 then another that was $670.39. I pay all taxes & ins out of pocket all of the late fees have been caught up yet this balance fluctuates from month to month. I hired a real estate agent to sell my home she has tried on numerous occasions to contact them only to be given the runaround and they refuse to give any of us the payoff on the property. I had my phone disconnected because I could no longer deal with the harrassment of being called and threatened every day at all hours of the day & night. My husband suffered a nervous breakdown & has not recovered and our credit is ruined.

So I am about to be left homeless with 2 small children under 5 yrs old and a disabled husband because the laws that are supposed to protect people from these types of companies are obviously not working. Where are the attorneys that handle this kind of thing if a woman can sue Mcdonalds because she spilled a hot cup of coffee on her self and it burned her why can't someone sue the people committing this brand of armed robbery and stealing our homes.

I want to know where are our elected officials when we need them most!!!
