Ripoff

On february 28 or about there sarah from cdn called my business to sale her product. She gave me the whole sale pitch. She assured me that no action would be taken until I signed up for their program.

Since I do not have a fax nor had email, she said that it would take 10 days for me to get a package for my approval.

On march 11 I received my bank statement where I notice the 2 withdrawls amounting to 399.90. Sarah had assured me that my bank information was to only check for their company's benefit that I was a valid running business.
No withdrawls were going to be done.

I called on march 11 and spoke to a young lady that reviewed my so stated membership. I informed her that I had not signed up and was requesting a full refund of the amount taken from my checking account. I overheard her reviewing the recording conversation of myself and sarah. This young lady stated that it was handled wrongly and that my refund would be approved.

I called back on march 17 and spoke to another young lady that informed me that my refund had been approved but that I had to wait for a phone call to access my refund?

It is march 20 and I still have not received a refund.
I am a new business owner in a small town. I have a hard enough time running my business financially. This is my sole source of income.

399.90 is a drop in the bucket for some business owners but for me it's hard earned money. I would really like to see my refund returned and be done with it.
